Their quest led them to Pandavapura, a picturesque region in Karnataka characterized by gentle hills, rivers, and lakes. Situated just a short 25-minute drive from Mysore, Pandavapura ensures that Sharadindu residents enjoy easy access to excellent healthcare and leisure facilities.

Beyond his accomplishments in real estate, he is a published author and a proficient public speaker. His literary contributions encompass a wide spectrum, from seminal works such as "Sir M. Visvesvaraya – His Economic Contribution and Thought" to discussions on secularism, national identity, partition issues, and critical essays on politics, economics, and monographs detailing the lives and works of eminent Indian writers. Sreenath's writings span across architecture, politics, history, and economics, reflecting his broad-ranging interests and expertise.

Mrs. Gayathri Sreenath:

Gayathri holds a post-graduate qualification in Business Administration and has previously served as an Officer in the Office of the CAG of India , where she gained extensive experience in audit, accounts, and finance. Her professional background adds significant value to the management of Sharadindu. Presently, Gayathri oversees sales, administration, and financial operations at Sree Senior Homes, leveraging her expertise to ensure efficient management and growth of the organization.
