An essential feature of Sharadindu is its open spaces – we are, after all, building only 50% of the allowable FSI (the quantity of construction, usually expressed in square feet, officially allowed for any given area). Between every two building blocks and all-around every building block, one can find lawns and flower beds. All along the drive ways, too, one can see flower beds and flowering trees.

Most importantly, Sharadindu has two huge gardens.The first one, almost an acre in size, is situated right at the centre of Sharadindu. It is full of flowering trees, manicured lawns and other interesting features.The other one towards the extreme east, largely consists of aromatic and medicinal plants/shrubs.
